Detox waters

I've been drinking detox water for a couple months now. I love the way it tastes and how refreshing it is and it helps cleanse my system aswell. My favourite types of water are lemon, cucumber, mixed berry, strawberry mint, and orange. I drink two bottles of detox water a day, give or take the days I run out of the house in the morning without making some. Since I started drinking it I feel a bit more awake but I haven't noticed many other effects but it's doing my body good and not harm so I enjoy drinking it :)

  1. Detox water? Is that a brand? I have never heard of it! Take a picture of the nutrition label and send it to me. :)

  2. Never mind… just asked you. Water is good for you… flavouring it with real fruit is also good for you. Just be careful to read critically when you hear about magic drinks to do "cleanses"… often NOT true and in extreme cases actually dangerous. Athletes need calories from a balanced diet.
