Started again!

I started going back to the gym again today. I didn't really have a goal
When I went in today so I just did a little bit of everything. I started off with cardio, did basic running for 15 minutes on the treadmill then switched to interval sprints: sprinting for 30seconds on max and waking for a minute. I did that for another 30 minutes. After I did some medicine ball squats with 15lbs and squat rack with 10 pound plates. Leg pressed 210 and leg curled 150. My goal for the gym is to be able to increase the weight I squat with and be able to lift more reps per set on arms. I started feeling sore already so atleast I know I worked hard.

  1. Getting into the habit is the hardest part so NOT being specific at first is okay. After you get into a rhythm though you need to start to concentrate and research how to change the things you want. Like learning to run faster for basketball … that is a very different list of exercises than getting "firm legs" like you may find on YouTube. Think about what you want from your efforts so you can tailor them as you keep up the effort. :)

  2. Just reread your goals from earlier. My question still stands… how will you judge if you are successful in your goals? :)
