My weight room goals

My goal for my body this semester is to lose weight, tone my upper body and strengthen and build my legs.
I found this workout on Google


While I was working on my back  it was hard. it took a lot of will to keep pushing the weights when it got tiring but when you're done and you feel the burn it feels so good to know what you did payed off. Next time I will do legs and butt workouts
